Publishing ToL Pages
To publish a single page, click on the the publish only this page button at the bottom of the page on the ToL Development Site. This button will be available only if a page is publishable. A page may not be publishable at any given time because:
- the node it is attached to has been checked out by a ToL contributor
- the page for the containing group has not yet been published
To publish several pages at the same time, go click on the publication
manager button, which is available at the bottom of editing forms
and at the top of the page on the ToL Development Site. The Publication
Manager contains an overview of all the unpublished ToL pages a given
contributor has worked on, and it allows contributors to pick which pages
should be published and which should be withheld from publication pending
further revisions.
